Service will be provided within four (4) hours on any emergency call.
In order to preserve the OOSI Five Point Performance Guarantee the following conditions must be met:
* The above mentioned uptime is (9) hours/day (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday), excluding holidays and weekends; based on monthly uptime, averaged over three months. Excludes preventive maintenance calls.
